4. Data sharing and sub-contractors

We prefer technology partners that guarantee data hosting in Switzerland or the European Union. Your data is never sold. It is only accessible by our employees and our following technical service providers:

  • Inactive prospects : 2 years after the last contact.

  • Active customers : For the duration of the contract.

  • Accounting/legal documents : 10 years after the end of the financial year (Swiss legal requirement).

We implement strong technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

  • Website accessible exclusively via the secure HTTPS protocol.
  • Data encrypted during transfer (TLS/SSL).
  • Access to our management tools (Back-office) protected by double authentication (2FA).
